Thakeham approached us to design and build several beautiful property websites for them. Thakeham already had an existing property development website, but it didn’t reflect the quality of homes they build, the service they provide or accurately portray their brand.
Thakeham needed several property development websites for the different arms of their business. We created four beautiful property websites in total, one for each of their brands.

Our web design surrey based team started the process by scoping out the project, understanding all of Thakeham’s requirements. Following this, they took a brief regarding the design of the new property development websites, understanding Thakeham’s brand and inspiration websites that they liked. We then presented wireframes for the new property development websites and once these were approved, we created a design for the homepage and internal pages. Once the Thakeham marketing team approved the Photoshop designs, our property development website team began building the four new beautiful property websites.
Once the initial build was complete, we presented the new property development websites to the Thakeham marketing team. They then undertook a content entry process, adding all of their text and imagery to the website. They also did their own testing, ensuring that the property search functionality worked as expected as this was a vital feature of their new property development website.
Once the Thakeham marketing team had added their content, our property development website design agency team undertook a thorough QA process, testing the beautiful property development websites across a range of different browsers and devices. When our team and the Thakeham team were happy, we agreed a launch date and put the four beautiful property development websites live.
