Branding agency surrey
Our rebranding agency has offices in Guildford, Surrey and London. We offer brand strategy work which focuses on brand positioning including brand purpose, brand position in the market, value proposition, key messages and target customer archetypes and profiles. We also create impactful brand identities that provide our clients with the tool kit needed to utilise their visual brand. Brand identity work typically involves deliverables for the visual aspects of the brand including the logo, colours, shapes, imagery, animations and typography.
As a brand development agency, we bring together strategy and visual brand to deliver a cohesive and meaningful new brand for our clients.
What to expect when meeting with our brand design agency?
Our brand design team will usually provide a questionnaire for you to review and complete ahead of kicking off your brand project. This enables you to think about the brands that you’ve seen that you like or dislike, as well as how your company wants to be seen by your audience. For example, some companies are playful and chatty, whereas others are straight-talking and authoritative. You don’t need to have all the answers, but starting to put your thoughts down on paper can be a great point to kick off the brand development process.
Brand strategy development
Our brand strategy agency process is where we start with a branding project. We hold a workshop with your business stakeholders to attain a greater understanding of your brand story, your service or product offering, and what’s important to the brand. Our team of brand strategists take their notes away and start to develop a thread that ties everything together – an underlying theme that summarises the brand in a clear way. In B2C markets this is often closely tied to the brand strapline eg. Nike’s ‘just do it’. However in the B2B world, this theme isn’t always verbalised. It is, however, used as the message behind all of the brand strategy work including the brand purpose, values and will also come out in the key messaging.
We’ll go through a number of rounds of feedback on the strategy and may ask to conduct internal interviews or client interviews to get the right messaging. Your brand strategy will feed into everything you do – staff training, copywriting, product development, brand identity development and more.
Visual brand development process
Our brand design process starts with a kick off call where we discuss the project brief and what a successful project will look like for your business. From there, we move into a mood boarding process where we capture key themes of your brand and represent them visually in a couple of different ways. We’ll discuss the different visual approaches that are possible to meet your brief and will agree which parts we take forward into concepting.
We’ll design a couple of concepts for you to review. These are the bones of a visual brand and will include ideas on how the logo, colour palette and typography could look and come together. We’ll go through a couple of rounds of feedback to refine the brand concepts before selecting one to take forwards. The selected concept will be developed further and defined in brand guidelines.
Finally, we take your team through the brand guidelines to onboard them and answer any questions they have on the application of the brand.
